We here at SWS just wanted to let yall know that we have completed our first 4473 suppressor transfer with many more to come!! Holler at us if you want to be able to utilize this amazing opportunity to get yours! We are one of the very few dealers in West Tennessee who are doing 4473-only transfers!

Hey everybody! We've got some exciting news!! Some of you may have heard about the NFA lawsuit that occurred recently. Our primary suppressor distributor, Silencer Shop, sued the ATF and won!! That being said, as we are in a free state and are a "Powered by Silencer Shop" dealer, Sundown Weapon Systems will now be conducting suppressor orders for customers using only the Form 4473, which is just the normal background check. We will no longer be using the ATF Form 4! This means that once the suppressor comes in, you will go home with your product. No more waiting weeks or months on ATF approval. Contact us to get your suppressor ordered!

BIG NEWS, EVERYBODY!! We have officially been approved for our Class II SOT. This means that we can manufacture and deal NFA Items: Suppressors, Short-Barreled Rifles, Short-Barreled Shotguns, and Machine Guns. We do not carry a physical inventory, but if you see something you want online, you can order it and have it shipped to us. We can hold it until the paperwork is approved by the ATF. This also means that we can build the aforementioned fi****ms custom for customers once the paperwork is approved through the ATF. Contact us with any questions. Thank you!

Sorry we haven't posted lately. I've been a little busy, finishing another course in the constant drive for further education in fi****ms. I finished the Handgun Specialist Course with Sonoran Desert Institute.

A customer came in with two handgun slides with issues. The Smith & Wesson slide had a screw from a Trijicon optic sheer off. The G***k slide had a Holosun screw with a stripped head. We were able to get both taken care of without a problem and without any damage to the slides or optic.

Just finished up another job for a customer. Folks, if you are worried about drilling into your stock of your 🔫 to mount a sling or anything else, holler at us! We have the tools to guarantee an accurate angle and bore for the sling stud. We have a package for this work going for $110, which includes the rear sling stud drilled and installed, magazine tube sling swivel installed, the background check required for gunsmith work, and all parts and labor. Sorry we haven’t posted in a while, but we’ve been busy! One of the many things we’ve been busy with is getting certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business by the US Small Business Administration! The process took several months, but it opens up many doors for us and also adds an additional level of vetting that should help to add reassurance to potential customers.

Next step completed on the muzzleloader project! Got the barrel browned this past week. We love the look of this 🔫. Adding sights and a few other small things to finish it up. Should be able to test fire it soon. We’ll post a video of it.

Here’s a project we’ve been working on. Traditions Shenandoah .50 caliber muzzleloader. Polished the brass and got the stock shaped, stained and sealed. Next up is having the barrel browned and sights added. Let us know what yall think!
