One thing Pilates teaches you that goes way beyond the studio? How to breathe through the hard part. 🤍

In class, we use an inhale to prepare and an exhale to move through the part that takes more effort and control. And on a hard day outside the studio, that same little pause can help: breathe in, breathe out, and take the next step.

Sometimes it really does start with one breath. ✨
