Progress update on my friend, Kristina!

Kristina had the gastric sleeve procedure done 3 years ago and has lost 170lbs since! She is consistent with the gym and nutrition….. hard work and dedication has gotten here where she is!

She and I have been working together trying to improve the loose skin that has resulted in her massive weight loss. I perform 2 hours of Body Contouring and Radio Frequency on her abdomen every week! These are the results just after 3 sessions! You can see there is a significant difference in the circumference of her waste as well as the lift of the abdominal pannus.

We have more sessions scheduled through the next couple of months. We both know that this procedure is not going to rid her of the loose skin, but this treatment is aiding in what she is trying to accomplish!

Kristina is a wonderful human being and I love how transparent she is about sharing her journey! Her philosophy is to inspire and motivate… a true testimony to a beautiful soul!
