Looking ahead to summer, the Henderson Family YMCA Kid Zone evening hours have been extended to match current Nursery evening hours for added convenience. Family members can utilize their YMCA membership to work out and stay active—using the pool, gymnasium, or fitness areas—while children are safely cared for by trusted staff.

At the Henderson Family YMCA, we continue to remind our community that mental health is health.

As we close out Mental Health Month, take time to reflect on what you’ve learned about yourself this month. Think about the habits that helped you feel better—whether it was moving your body, resting more, connecting with others, or simply slowing down.

Carry those small, positive steps forward into every month of the year. Taking care of your mental health is a lifelong journey, not just a moment in time.
