A gym is just a building.

This is the community that makes it special.

Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different fitness levels. One hour together, chasing the same goal: becoming a little better than we were yesterday.

The workouts are great, but it’s the people beside you that keep you coming back.

Grateful for every athlete who walks through our doors, works hard, cheers loud, and helps make CrossFit Psyched feel like home. 💙

How do you know someone does CrossFit?
Don’t worry... they’ll tell you. 😏

Because when you’ve spent months chasing your first pull up, finally hit that PR, or survived a workout that had you questioning every life choice you’ve ever made, it’s probably coming up in conversation.

Not because we’re trying to impress anyone.

We’re just excited.

Excited that we can do things today that we couldn’t do six months ago.
Excited that we’re healthier.
Excited that we found a community that actually makes us want to show up.

So yes, we’ll probably tell you about CrossFit.
And if we’re really excited, we’ll probably invite you too. 😉💪

Join us at this years anual Adaptive WOD in partnership with the House of Champions Foundation as we raise awareness and funds Adaptive Athletes.

The House of Champions Foundation helps make fitness and Adaptive fitness equipment available to Adaptive Athletes worldwide.

The House of Champions Foundation is near and dear to our hearts as they’ve not only brought multiple adaptive athletes into our gym but have also helped our very own owner, Natalie, make it to the Adaptive CrossFit Games.

They continue to change lives all over the world and we’re honored to partner with them on this incredible opportunity!
