Monday Matters!!βοΈ
After a fun-filled weekend at the lake with friends and family, I could feel my energy level dropping. π
My first instinct was to sit around and recoup....and...I might do that...for a minute..:but actually I know for my body, mind, and spirit, I need to get moving and make a mind-body shift!!πββοΈπ§πΌββοΈ
So my focus shifted to βwhat do I need to do today to take care of myself to replenish and power up my energy and good vibes? βππ»π€
IHere are some steps I take to regain energy and replenish for today and the week ahead!!π
1. Set my intentionβ
What kind of day/week do I want to create?
My focus: I need more energy:πͺπ»
2. Hydrate- β
π§π§π§Drink and replenish with water!!
3. Move-πββοΈ How will I get moving today and get my heart rate up? Take the stairs. Take a walk. Exercise!! When our body makes a shift...our mind will followπ€
4. Cleanse and Replenish!!
Itβs so easy to get toxic build-up with food and drinks, but we can cleanse out what is slowing us down and replenish what our body needs.
