Blooming Lotus Kids Yoga Yoga for Kids! Here we practice mindful movements, breath work, group games and even incorporate art! Yoga for Kids classes are just as they sound!

Kids are taught in a Yoga child format which blends asanas, yoga games, breath work and meditations into a creative and refreshed thematic yoga class, including Yoga Arts. At this age, class is still playful and themes remain inspiring and creative, but also include thoughtful themes such as balance, strength and mindfulness thinking. Craft Projects will relate to the theme of the Yoga Class that week, such as self portraits, animal creatures, jewelry and handmade journals. Every class will end with savasana so that your little one will be refreshed and ready to go.

The Denver tattoo & yoga community lost an incredible friend and teacher in a tragic incident last night.

Alyssa Gunn-Maldonado was fatally shot and is survived by her husband Jimmy, who is fighting for his life in the ICU.

This fundraiser is to provide care for any unmet needs of the Gunn & Maldonado families.
