We are hiring at The Bridges!!!

We are looking to fill positions in the Bar & Grill! A complete job description and qualifications will be listed below.

K & J Golf Course Management operates three golf courses in western Kentucky. The Bridges Golf Course of Henderson is seeking to fill a position in the Bar/Grill. We are seeking motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and drive to greet our customers with happiness and a positive attitude. This position will require work during all times of the day including afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
-Greeting customers with a smile and positive attitude when they arrive
-Assist with ordering, receiving and marking/storing inventory
-Taking orders for food and beverage from customers
-Prepping and serving food safely, minimizing the risk of cross contamination
-Prepping for the following day
-Keeping the restaurant, kitchen, and bathroom areas clean at all times
-Proper organization of food and beverage storage areas
-Preparing and serving beverages efficiently and correctly
-Assisting General Manager and Director with other tasks not explicitly listed

Qualifications
-Must be at least 20 years of age, preferably 21 or over
-Previous experience with bartending and/or food handling is strongly suggested
-Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Must be punctual and reliable
-Ability to be a self starter on tasks, work independently with minimal direction, and have great use of time management
-No knowledge of golf required, but experience with working in and around golf is a plus
-Experience in operating a POS system
-Cash handling experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
-Compensation will be based on experience, plus tips
-Will have golf privileges included
