🏀Colonel Basketball Feeder Workouts🏀

⚠️ we are hosting 2nd-5th grades only this week. 6th and above should take advantage of the Colonel Basketball open gym hosted at the same time in the aux gym.

Colonel Basketball Workout is back this week! The focus will be ball handling, passing and finishing.

📅 Date: Wednesday, September 2nd

⏰ 2nd through 5th grade: 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM

• 2 will be ball handling, finishing, and shooting
• 2 will be strength, agility, and weights
