His first NHRA national event victory came in Top Comp at the SPORTSnationals in Fontana, Calif., in 2006. Twenty years later, Justin Lamb is a six-time world champion in NHRA's Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series with an impressive 34 national event wins across six categories in the premier Sportsman league. dragster at the age of 8, has raced and won in everything from bracket cars and dragsters to Com
p Eliminator. He's most successfully competed in Super Stock and Stock, and a devotion to door cars has paid off with four championships in Super Stock (2015, 2017, 2018, 2025) and two in Stock (2013, 2017). With a fresh division title in his pocket, Lamb also possesses nine Lucas Oil championships in NHRA's Pacific Division: Top Comp (2003), Comp Eliminator (2011, 2012), Stock (2013, 2017, 2019) and Super Stock (2015, 2017, 2025). Notably, Lamb also raced to the NHRA Summit Racing Series Pacific Division ET championship in 2023. The first-generation drag racer has accomplished something only a handful of drivers have been able to complete: the national event double, which Lamb claimed in 2018 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with Stock and Super Stock wins on the same day. He replicated the feat at the division level in 2025, locking down the win in Stock at The Strip followed by a victory in Super Stock that ultimately secured the world title. Perhaps even more impressive is the dedicated driver's 2017 national championship double. Along with Scotty Richardson and Jeff Strickland, Lamb is one of three drivers to accomplish the task. Remarkably, he nearly repeated in 2018 with first- and second-place finishes. For 2026, the Las Vegas-area native is armed with a pair of proven Chevrolet Camaros for Super Stock and Stock backed by RAD Torque Systems, the leading manufacturer of pneumatic, battery-powered, and electronic pistol grip torque wrenches.
