No popcorn breaks when our folks are in the cage. The Scrap City Crew is just plain bad news and they'll make your momma blush when giving the interviews.

We spar every Thursday, Grapple every Monday, hit pads ever Tuesday and any gym or person is welcome to visit but you got to eat them wheaties or you'll never make it through the day. If you think you're looking for harder work as a fighter and or better conditioning come train with us, just check out a class you'll be glad you did.

Shaw Painting is the goat for all your painting needs and the owner is the toughest near 50 year old man in the county.

Blessed to get to train with the great and powerful wizard of mma Jeff Powell yesterday.

He dropped in for a class unannounced taught technique and trained very hard with the crew as well.

What a day.

Great seminar yesterday from Kentucky, Tennessee and now Alabama Local Legend, 2020 Covid Prevention Specialist of the year Ben Sergent.

We got some great drills for throwing heat in the pocket and how to work our tails off the wall.

Train, you'll be glad you did. 🙏

Caden Blalock is getting more dangerous every day over here at BKJJ.

He's got shinbones and toes for everyone, big and small including the coaches, and is one of the best most consistent training partners we have.

Ryan Suggs is shaking the rust off here at BKJJ.

That dude stands 6 foot 11 inches tall and is quickly learning to better utilize his leverage and reach, both as a competitor and as a teammate.
