Recently I was told that some people needing training have been ghosted by a large Katy Tx indoor Gun Range (I know which but am not going to say in FB). They requested fi****ms training on the phone and indeed in person. They were fobbed off and felt their request was treated as an inconvenience. There is no need for this kind of behavior, if a company can't or will not fit students in for training for heavens sake tell them the truth and stop wasting their time. People who seek fi****ms training are serious about it and, even more importantly, probably need it for a reason. If they are treated with the respect they deserve they are probably going to become regular customers. Messing them about is not going to endear your company to them and the whole thing is bloody rude and uncalled for.

I make every effort to ensure all people who make enquiries to EPD receive the information and or training requested in a timely manner. If I do not cover the training they require or are unable to provide the service for whatever reason I will reach out to other instructors and ranges to find a suitable alternative for them so they get trained up. We are all part of the Shooting/Self defense community and therefore we help where needed. We do not mess people around. Shame on that range for their crappy behavior. Makes my blood boil!
