Varsity Flag Football Varsity Flag is a premium youth flag football league, currently operating in Long Island, NY. Our mission?

We built Varsity Flag on the values of fair play, empowerment, and togetherness to create an unsurpassed, premier flag football league. We are motivated to provide a unique experience for each player — from forming new friendships to excelling on the gridiron. Our team placements are player-centric across our separate boys’ and girls’ divisions and we offer players the option of creating teams with friends or electing to be assigned to a team. When it comes to our teams, our coaches work hard to balance developing athleticism with building relationships and creating exciting memories. Varsity Flag was created with our youth in mind — providing supportive, inclusive sports play, fostering teamwork and leadership and of course having loads of fun. To provide an unparalleled sporting experience for both parents and children! Varsity Flag was created and is run by parents of young athletes who understand the pains and pressures in providing great extracurriculars to children.
