Thank everyone for coming to the first hunt of the year at Yauhannah. The game ran excellent with minor problems and had a excellent set of judges to judge a great class of pups. Thanks to Mike Carr with pride dog feed for his continued support of our sport. The pen also was able to raise $130 for the Carolina Sporting Dog Association. The results are as follows:

Yauhannah Fox Pen will be having their first hunt of the year April 6th 2019. This will be a puppy hunt for APRIL and YOUNGER puppy’s. The book will open Sunday, March 24th 2019 at 6pm. Cast at daylight and run 4 hours. Entry fee will be 31$ per hound. The extra 1$ will be donated to the Carolina Sporting Dog Association and the pen will also be donating a 1$ for every hound entered. Call Seth Woodard for numbers 8433443286. We would like to say congratulations to all those who placed today in the puppy derby hunt today. We also like to say thanks to everyone that came and all that helped judge. We also would like to give a be thanks to Mike Carr with pride dog feed and Randy McGovern with showtime dog.

Yauhannah Fox Pen Puppy/Derby hunt August 18th 2018. August and younger puppy’s and 18 month and younger derby’s. 35$ a dog top ten in each class. Cast at 6am and run 4 hours. Breakfast will be provided and lunch will be available. Both classes run together but will be scored separate. Call Garth Elliott for numbers starting today at 5:30. 0-99 for puppy class and 3 digit numbers for derby class.

The puppy hunt scheduled on August 4th 2018 is still on. However, we have decided to change the entry fee to 50$ a dog. We will be paying back 25$. Top 5 will get money and 6-10 will get Pride dog feed. Garth Elliott still has the book hope we can give out some more numbers. Spread the word, thanks! 8439331772
