Trout Update at Diamond Valley Marina

We wrapped up our final private trout stock of the season this morning, and we are excited to get those last fish out into the lake for you to enjoy!
As we transition into warmer weather, we are also seeing a growing algae bloom, which is typical for this time of year. Because of this, some of the newly stocked trout did not survive the conditions.
We want to be transparent with our fishing community while also keeping things in perspective. There are still lots of healthy fish in the lake, and great days on the water ahead!
As we move into spring, fishing opportunities will continue with our warm-water species like bass, striper, panfish and catfish, and we’re looking forward to the season ahead.
