It’s the little things....

It’s the sign finally going up after months of picturing it. It’s a kind comment, a share, or a “we’re rooting for you” that lands on exactly the day we needed it. It’s our family showing up together, day after day, even when we’re tired and the to-do list feels a mile long.

We want to be real with you... we’re not perfect. We don’t have all the answers, and we’re figuring a lot of this out as we go. There have been plenty of bumps along the way, and we’re sure there will be more.

But standing in front of this sign with our boys, we were reminded why we started. We’re not just building a pickleball club. We’re hoping to build a community that helps us get better along the way, with your ideas, your feedback, and your patience while we learn.

Every small step has been worth it, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have you with us for the ride.

Thank you for being part of the SLAM story. 🏓💛

It’s really just the two of us. 🙌

My wife and I are building SLAM Pickleball Club ourselves. No corporate bank account, no big egos, just a lot of long days and a shared dream. We’re working harder than ever, and we’re getting close to our soft opening.

Every step has been hands-on, and every bit of support from this community and family has meant the world to us. Thank you for cheering us on. We can’t wait to open our doors to Helotes!
