Hello OC bowling just want to highlight some items discussed at last night’s meeting.
This Saturday September 23, 2023 recruiting day at Bandera Bowl 2pm-5pm. It is $5 to bowl 2 games a show our coaches your awesome bowling moves!
There is a new website that has been created and on there you will find registration and where payment can be made. Cost is $150 plus $10 for USBC membership fee. Nisdbowling.com
Sunday Oct 1 will be first official practice. No time yet keep checking on here for updates.

Reminder tonight is a parent bowling meeting at O’Connor HS in the library at 6:30pm. Lots of information about upcoming season will be discussed. Hope to see you all there!!

Next Tuesday September 19, 2023 at 6:30pm in the Library at OC will be a parent meeting. We will discuss the recruiting day at Bandera bowl for all of San Antonio High Schools which is being held on Saturday September 23, 2023 2pm. - 5pm. Also on the agenda will be important information on the upcoming season. Please spread the word about the parent meeting to get more students involved. Hope to see you all there!

Recruiting day is set for September 23, 2023 at Bandera bowl from 2pm-5pm. I will be having a parent meeting at O’Connor before that date. Still working with the school on date and time. Please tell everyone to pay attention to morning announcements for that parent meeting. Look forward to another awesome bowling season!

Boys Varsity placed 3rd in the district. Regionals today at Fiesta Lanes in New Braunfels at 9am. Good luck boys have fun and high scores!

Panthers participated in The Best of Northside Singles Tournament today. Super proud of all of the bowlers. Elise, Adrian, Roger, James and Tate all making it to the top 64. Roger made it to the top 8 and Tate made it to the top 4!!

First Varsity match of the season tonight against Holmes HS. Boys lost 11-6. Leading the boys in singles with a 442 series was Morgan Stokes and Roger with a 350 series. Girls lost 15-2. Team leader was Madison with a 240 series along with Veronique with a 184 series.

What an awesome opening ceremonies last night. I want to thank all the O’Connor parents for all of their help with goodie bags, decorating, errand running and getting your students there on time. I have the BEST parents. Thank you to Mr. Martinez, Mr McCafferty and our new sponsor Angela Guajardo for attending. Also, I would like to thank my coaches for all their hard work with the bowlers. And last but not least a huge thank you to the bowlers for always trying your best. OC you know!!
