Since opening in 1994, we have remained dedicated to our original vision of a health club that combines fitness, wellness, and fun. Through our impeccable customer service, we have truly become a one-of-a-kind facility. With an ever growing interest in health and fitness, we have grown into a full

💨💨Speed isn’t just about how fast you go — it’s about how well you can stop, absorb force, and re-accelerate.
True athletic performance is built on ground reaction force: the ability to apply force into the ground and accept it efficiently.
Deceleration, braking mechanics, and re-direction are just as important as top-end sprint speed. Train both. 💥

Endurance isn’t built in one workout… it’s built through consistency. 🏃‍♂️🔥

When training for endurance, the goal is to improve cardiovascular efficiency and mitochondrial function while balancing strength and recovery. That means:
✅ Low to moderate intensity
✅ Steady-state work
✅ Long, controlled sets
✅ Complementary supersets
✅ Training 3–5x per week

The key? Consistency > intensity.
Too many people try to go all-out every session and end up burned out, injured, or stalled. Smart endurance training builds capacity over time without compromising strength or performance.

Train with purpose. Recover with intention. Progress for the long haul. 💪

Youth sports are facing an epidemic of overuse injuries, burnout, and stalled development. Too many young athletes are being pushed into year-round specialization, overloaded tournament schedules, and nonstop competition before their bodies are ready.

Here’s the reality 👇Before age 10, athletes should NOT spend more hours per week in organized sports than their age.➡️ 8 years old = no more than 8 hours/week➡️ 9 years old = no more than 9 hours/week

Why? Because recovery, movement variety, and proper physical preparation matter just as much as practice and games.

When kids only play one sport year-round without enough rest:❌ Overuse injuries increase❌ Athletic development slows❌ Skill progression plateaus❌ Burnout becomes more common

The best long-term athletes are built through smart training, balanced schedules, strength development, recovery, and having FUN competing in multiple ways.

Train smarter. Recover better. Play the long game. 💪
