Always remember....

Good things take time.

WORK HARD (when you think you’ve worked hard, work harder)

STAY HUNGRY (find the balance of content with where you’re at and motivation to keep pushing forward)

BE HUMBLE (things are never as good as you think they are or as bad as you think they are)

CHOOSE KINDNESS (everyone is going through something you have no idea about, be kind, even to your competition)

You belong. Just as much as anyone else.

The only person you should be comparing yourself to is who you were yesterday. No one else has your story and your journey.

Every pitcher has down moments - and those down moments can be HARD.

And every pitcher is different with what she wants to hear in the middle of a game!

Does your pitcher know what she wants to hear?

Does she know what the best thing her catcher can say or do during her tough moments in games?

It is so important she notices things that can lift her spirit and lift her attitude. 💕

And if SHE doesn’t know what works, how is it someone ELSE supposed to know what works?

Sometimes you have to dig deep, but there’s always a way to pull out of it!

It does no good to stay frustrated or sad or mad in the middle of the game. It’s not good for your pitches and most importantly it’s not good for the team!
