Registration for the Frosty 5K is open! This year's race will be held on Dec. 13, and the course is moving to the Mountain View Meadows neighborhood. A new winter wonderland for our runners.

If you ran our half marathon, sign up for the Just for the Helena of It's 13.1 mile journey to complete the Queen City Crown. It is free to sign up for the QCC and you'll have chances to win some fun prizes.

It isn't too late to register for Queen City Crown! Registration is open until midnight on Saturday, October 18th!

The Queen City Crown is comprised of two Helena races, completed in the same calendar year:
Governor’s Cup Half Marathon, Helena, MT on June 14, 2025
Just for the Helena of It Half Marathon, Helena, MT on October 19, 2025

Registration is free, and all Queen City Crown participants are eligible for even more great prizes.

Registration is open for the 2026 Governor's Cup, set for June 13 in Helena. It's the 52nd edition of one of Montana's longest running traditions, and we have some exciting news for next year's event.

• We're introducing a timed mile as part of our Saturday race day!

• Medals for everyone! We listened to your feedback and every runner who crosses the finish line next year will receive a commemorative medal.
