🌕 If you're not changing, you're not growing! Full Moon in Pisces and Lunar Eclipse in Pisces...
Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow and 'let it go' so it/you will 'grow'. Yah, I knew it didn't belong there, but I let it go instead of pulling it. Yes, it looks out of place and doesn't go with my 'Geranium theme' but I have enjoyed watching it grow in spite of all the hail, wind and rainstorms trying to take it out.
This is kind of the same theme of the Full Moon in Pisces and Lunar Eclipse coming up here on the 27th of August....LET IT GO! Quit trying to push that boulder up the hill so it keeps rolling back down on you. Leave it. What do you need to let go of that you keep forcing, pushing, manipulating or controlling? Release it--set it on the altar, give it over to God, however you want to look at it, just let it go and you will grow!
During this eclipse season, I've been reflecting on how Force Fitness, (my baby), has morphed and grown over the years. As it's grown, so have I. Truly, I'm not the same person I was when I first formed Force Fitness, LLC back in 1999. I was a very driven personal trainer who always wanted more, so then I became a health coach, still not satisfied, I received my Corrective Exercise Specialist cert. That sufficed for a while, but then I just knew there was more out there than simply working with the mind and the body.... enter the spirit piece. I had to let go of my personal training of the physical body so I could grow into the metaphysical training of my spiritual body. I got my Reiki Master cert, along with my ThetaHealer cert, but the most intriguing piece of the puzzle for me was my Mystic Astrology cert.
Astrology has made me grow in ways I NEVER imagined possible. It's allowed me to see myself from a different lens--the one I was born with. Not the lens the world told me to be, but the one I came into this world to be. Astrology helped me remember ME! It still does, every damn day! Thank you, 9th house stellium with Pluto, Venus and Uranus in Virgo. The 9th house of higher learning, thinking, adventure, seeker, foreign travel, surely has proven to be true for me. People always used to tease me and say---NOW what are you into? I'm into EVERYTHING, ANYTHING, and ALL things! I LOVE to learn new things, master them, grow and go onto the next thing. It's not what I'm 'into' but more how I'm wired! I couldn't change that if I tried. So, now that I know that's how I'm meant to be, I embrace it instead of trying to explain it or be embarrassed by it. I just let it go!! Now THAT'S a gift right there!

🌕Capture this very energetic Pisces Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse with the following ideas -
1) Set an intention: what do you need to release? What do you want to manifest?
2) Write it down, burn it.
3) Release it into a creek, flowing water anywhere.
4) Watch it float away, then get yourself into water.
5) Soak in an Epsom salt bath, a creek, a cold water plunge, a shower.
6) Give thanks---much gratitude!
