Helena Regional Sports Association

The Helena Regional Sports Association is working to bring a tournament-quality multi-sport complex to Helena, Montana and the surrounding communities.

The Helena Regional Sports Association exists to assess needs in the Helena Region for programs, facilities and equipment that will promote sports education for youth, to foster cooperation between youth and adult sports associations in the Helena Region to meet those identified needs, and to bring state, national and international sports competition to the Helena Region.

We are looking for a new location for the proposed ARC Sporting and Events Complex. We will not give up!

The Helena Regional Sports Association's 120 million dollar ARC project for indoor recreation at the fairgrounds is pivoting and looking for a new home.

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of the entire Staff and Board at Helena Regional Sports Association (HRSA) with an update on the proposed ARC Sporting and Events Complex. We recently met with members of the Lewis & Clark County Commission to discuss next steps with the project. Unfortunately, the County Commissioners have stated that The ARC is not a priority. Therefore, we are unable to move forward with plans to realize the complex at the Fairgrounds.

We will continue to forge a path forward as we know this project is critically needed and wanted by the community. HRSA will start the process of looking for a new location for The ARC.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We remain optimistic and look forward to new possibilities.
