West Side 5th Grade 50's Bash

One more day until the 2024 5th grade 50s Bash!

Who: Current 5th grade students continuing to CRA.

When: Saturday - May 18, 2024

Where: Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds – Entry Hall

Time: Dance begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM.

Tickets: $10 per student, CASH only.

Tickets can be purchased at the East Entry Hall doors beginning at 5:15 PM.

Ticket price includes one (1) photo/student and beverages.

Photo: Pictures will be taken from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM with proof of ticket receipt.

Music: Provided by Capital City DJ

Rules:
1. Students must purchase a $10 entry ticket and have a signed parent waiver to enter the dance. Waivers will be available at the time of ticket purchase.

2. Entry to the dance closes at 6:30 PM.

3. Students will not be allowed to leave the building once they enter the dance and are required to stay for the entire duration.

4. Parents must come into the building to check students out beginning at 8:00 PM. Early student check outs are NOT permitted. Parents are responsible for all student transportation.

5. Cell phones, purses, bags, backpacks are NOT permitted.

6. Drugs, alcohol, and inappropriate behavior are NOT permitted. We reserve the right to end the dance at any time for non-compliance to the Rules.
