High School Girls Fall Rugby 7s starts tonight with the Yellowstone Mavericks!

If you’re interested in learning the game, meeting some great people, and giving rugby a shot, check out their post for details.

It’s a short, easy-to-jump-into season, so if you’ve ever been curious about rugby, this is a great chance to give it a try without a huge commitment.

Go give rugby a try!

Pretty cool to see one of our own take on a new adventure.

Adam Kuchin has put a lot of time into growing rugby in Billings through Magic City 7s, and more importantly, into helping young athletes learn, compete, and grow the right way.

Anyone who has watched him work with the youth knows he leads with intention, patience, and a genuine desire to make the people around him better. He’s been a great example of what it looks like to give back to the sport and the community.

Now he’s bringing that same approach to Montana Strength Lab, combining his background in exercise science, rugby, coaching, and strength training.

We’re excited to see where this goes and proud to have people like Adam helping build the Billings rugby community on and off the pitch.

This training isn't rugby specific—give Montana Strength Lab a follow and check out what he’s building. 💪🏉
