BCBS AL is no longer offering the Flex Card option in 2026. If you were on the BCBS AL Flex Card, contact us and we can set you up on our discounted rate so you can continue to enjoy your gym membership at an affordable rate.

PEEHIP Medicare plans are now with the Silver Sneakers benefit offered by Humana. Your gym visits are still covered! Please reach out and we will get you set up in our Silver Sneakers portal.

Wow! Look at that form City of Heflin Police Department! Nice!! Jared Estes you are a Beast!! That’s what we love to see!! And all the classics on the mixed tape!! We are really trying to stay neutral at this point and since Heflin Fitness already gives our Law Enforcement and First Responders discounts we are going to be supplying the Seniors with a little ammo this afternoon. We will drop it off at Judd Edwards - State Farm Insurance Agent before you get out of school today!

We are excited to announce that we now partner with Active&Fit and Silver&Fit insurance gym benefit plans, in addition to our current partnerships with SilverSneakers, UnitedHealthcare's Renew Active program, Fitness Your Way and the BCBSAL's Flex Card. Active&Fit and Fitness Your Way are both programs affiliated with many BCBS Blue365 plans, among others.
