we were finally lucky enough to get a day of racing in this weekend! while testing yesterday pappy was able to get the car back to running 7.60s, which on its own was amazing. but today i was able to hit the tree pretty good a couple times, getting the bye to the final where we were able to take home the win! i’m so blessed to have an amazing team around me.

the weather has finally decided to let me on the track again. Friday we were making great and consistent test hits so we came into saturday confident. saturday was a STRUGGLE. the whole day we were struggling getting the car down the track , from my spark plug to air in my fuel lines. we ended up running both saturday and sundays race on saturday due to incoming weather, in the first race i managed to make it a couple rounds while still not making full or good hits. in the second race we finally fixed what was wrong with the car but i ended up losing second round by .015. although this weekend wasn’t the best im still happy i got to spend it doing what i love.

i also wanted to inform everyone who was aware of what was going on today, the crew chiefs surgery went well and he is home and ready to get himself into trouble 😂

happy first race weekend! this weekend we came out Friday made a few good hits on our amazing and fresh, Blossom Racing Engines. then came out Saturday morning and with a bit of a delay due to the sucky spring weather we made it to semis Saturday. we were planning on making it back out Sunday but i woke up sick. we can’t wait to make it back out onto the track! also check out the new race suit from Racechick, STUNNING!!!

we had our final race of the season this saturday at the halloween hootout at National Trail Raceway. we won 3 rounds with 3rd round being around 10:30. around 11:30 there was an announcement that the juniors were getting cancelled for the night since our 4th round would not have been done until around 12:30. i am very grateful we race at a track that cares enough about the racers to know that racing so late for kids wouldn’t be a great idea since most racers were getting up early sunday to race again, but of course i’m bummed we couldn’t keep winning. everyone who was left in the race split the pot for the night. i had a .003 light my second round which i was very proud of. i’d like to thank everyone who has supported me this season, especially my grandpa. i cannot wait to be back out next year for my final season!

the points season at National Trail Raceway has officially ended. this points season i have stuck in the top two spots with almost every weekend having me switching back and forth between first and second place. as this weekend was the last points race, i have officially ended this season in second place. while of course i was gunning on that championship i cannot be mad with second place. i am so grateful for my pappy and momma making all of this possible, keeping me safe, and supporting me. i want to thank everyone who has supported me and cheered me on this year. i will be back next year, one last time.

heading up for round 1 at the last points weekend. started the day off with a .003 reaction in qualifying. hoping for the best today!

before i say anything else i want to thank my grandpa for everything he did today, this wouldn’t have been possible without you. this morning we were having some intense car troubles, my throttle getting stuck open, my belt loosening up, and we were even convinced that we had blew my engine. luckily that was not the case and pappy was able to fix it. i am so very blessed to have the best support system and cheerleaders at the track for me. i cannot wait to be back at it tomorrow!
