This week I would love to set an intention. Simply put, when we set an intention, we are working towards bringing our hearts and mind into alignment. An intention can be anything you want and need it to be. My suggestion is just thatโ€ฆa suggestion. โ€œI am a Magnet for Miraclesโ€. By setting this intention, you will find that you are more aware of the small miracles that surround you. When you bring awareness to small miracles, like a bird singing or a beautiful spring flower, it is the easiest way to attract even more in your life. Most important, YOU are a miracle! ๐ŸŒธ

Happy New Year! ๐Ÿ’ 2022โ€ฆa new beginning. A time for self-reflection and a fresh opportunity to move closer to making your dreams come true. While it is important to think ahead with excitement, it is also so very important to be gentle with yourself. Follow your dreams with excitement and passion but be gentle with yourself for what you cannot control. Small changes can make all the difference in the world.

Wildflower Fitness believes in fostering self-love and confidence through movement. Like a beautiful wildflower growing strong in the most unlikely places, let your fitness journey take root in your own inner strength.

Core flow is a heat-building practice designed to strengthen your core. Movement is connected to breath as we move through yoga poses to strengthen, sculpt and tone your entire core. All levels welcome!

Barre Fusion is a beautiful blend of barre work to tone and define the lower body, light weights to build lean muscle mass and yoga-pilates inspired mat work to strengthen and elongate your body while working deep into your core. For the athletes out there....this is an awesome cross training workout. As a runner I have found this combination of movement to be the perfect compliment to training. This is a workout for every body! ๐Ÿ™‚

It can be something as simple as....I have always wanted to hike a challenging trail, I have always wanted to kayak, I have always wanted to take my family on my favorite walking route, I have always wanted to go on a bike ride on the local bike trail. BARRE FUSION- Thursday July 1st 8am-9am

A moment in time to embrace new beginnings. This year more than ever the start of spring feels so big and so needed. This is a beautiful opportunity to give yourself and your fitness goals a little extra love. Now is the perfect time! My goal is to spread happiness through fitness and to help you tap into your own inner strength and beauty. We are all at different places in life. Embrace where you are!

The greatest commitment you can make is to yourself. When it comes to health and fitness do you find yourself wishing you can find the time for your favorite activity? Or hoping to someday be able to try something new? Iโ€™d like to challenge you. Instead of saying you wish to or hope to...instead say I AM! I am going to go for a walk every day this week. I am going to try to run this week. I am going to take a winter hike. I am going to challenge myself to eat clean. I AM... Two words that can have such a huge, beautiful impact on your life. Give it a try!! There is so much power behind those two small words.

This week I am offering three virtual fitness classes. As much as I miss teaching in person, I have become so incredibly grateful for my virtual Wildflower Fitness crew. Our zoom room is full of the warmest, most welcoming participants. If ever you wanted to try a class, make this week your week!

What is your fitness journey? When it comes to health and fitness...what makes your heart and soul feel the happiest? There is no one perfect fitness routine. Yes, it is good to challenge yourself from time to time, because it is within those moments of trying that we grow even stronger. But it is also so important to find what works best for YOU!
Our class theme for the week is....Self Love. Each of us is on our own personal fitness journey. Embrace what works for you and be ok changing things up and modifying when it is necessary. It is most important to enjoy the time you set aside for yourself. With each move and with each breath, you are getting stronger and stronger. ๐Ÿ’œ

I am a reader of quotes. I find clarity and often times strength in others thoughts and words. The quote above, although so simple in nature really is such an authentic approach towards thinking about life. As a fitness professional, I see the struggles people face when it comes to finding their fitness groove. It is often times scary to start and challenging to keep up with it. It is ok to feel the challenge. But it is even more ok to embrace the potential success. Did you lace up and go for that walk this morning? Maybe today was the day you started to run? Maybe today was the day you decided to press play on that yoga video you always wanted to try? Maybe today you went on a hike and stared up at the amazing blue sky and took a deep breath in? Getting started is always the hardest part. Instead of focusing on how it feels to begin, think about how it is going to feel when you finish. For you truly are braver, stronger and smarter than you think. ๐Ÿ’—
