Saturday morning we have Uplift Strength with Jenny Ring at @8:15 and Body Strong Suspension Training @9:30 with Georgianne Schoettle.
Uplift Strength is open to anyone, but you will need to claim a spot for the suspension training with Georgianne at 501-250-3904 as space is limited and we are almost at capacity!
