Saturday morning we have Uplift Strength with Jenny Ring at @8:15 and Body Strong Suspension Training @9:30 with Georgianne Schoettle.
Uplift Strength is open to anyone, but you will need to claim a spot for the suspension training with Georgianne at 501-250-3904 as space is limited and we are almost at capacity!

EX101 with Tammy
If you have not worked out in a while or have never exercised at all and want to begin an exercise program, EX101 is perfect for you! This class will introduce you to proper form and techniques and help you develop safe exercise habits. It will take you through a series of functional exercises in a circuit style format to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, and will also provide you with nutrition and lifestyle tips!
