We’re offering two great options this season to keep kids active, confident, and learning new skills 👇
💪 Middle School Weightlifting (6th–8th Grade)
Mondays | 1:00–2:00 PM
$60/month
A structured introduction to safe and effective weight training. Students will learn proper form, build strength, and gain confidence in the weight room. Perfect for beginners!
🧗 Youth Climbing Programs
Twice per week | Monthly enrollment
• Mini Crag Cubs (Ages 4–6)
A fun intro to climbing with games, obstacle courses, and movement activities to build coordination and confidence.
• Crag Cubs (Ages 7–10)
The next step for young climbers! Includes climbing, yoga, and movement to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
