I’m grateful to be collaborating with Liberty Sanctuary in offering Equine-Facilitated Coaching experiences that support connection, awareness, healing, and transformation between humans and horses. 🐴✨

There is something profoundly grounding about being in the presence of horses. They don’t respond to words or who we pretend to be — only to presence, authenticity, and connection.

Working alongside them continues to remind me how much healing and transformation can happen in quiet, grounded moments. I am deeply grateful for every opportunity for learning, co-regulation, and authentic connection that unfolds in these spaces.

Please join Liberty Sanctuary in collaboration with Equellness Center, Horses for Mental Health, and other local equine-assisted professionals on May 21st in Park City for a special screening of Rescued Hearts — a beautiful reflection of the healing, connection, and growth horses can bring into our lives.
