Two very exciting things coming up! This Friday we will be doing a fundraiser collecting donations to buy school supplies for a school in Uganda. will be going for 4 months to Uganda and needs help providing for these kids. All the money from your punches and your donations will go to support the school in Uganda.

Next we have a day a mourning that we are turning into a party. May 17th .jodee and will be teaching their last class! So please come and send them out on a High! It will be outdoors so there will be plenty of space! Hope to see you there!

It seems as though the human inside me is itching to come out a little sooner than anyone wants it too. Unfortunately, in order to keep it inside for the next couple weeks I’m going to have to stop teaching my Thursday 6 am barre class. Guys. This isn’t new news, but if you didn’t know, WE HAVE ONE PASS FOR ALL OUR CLASSES! It’s very exciting and just a step closer to simplifying our lives. We are also adding an extra early morning 5:30 am class on Fridays! Look at the list! Please come work out with us .refinery.academy

I’m sure many of you have heard of this little thing called Corona going around. For the next two weeks all classes held .refinery.academy will be cancelled. I whole heartedly believe that this is the right decision and the more precautions we take earlier, the sooner we can get back to our normal lives. So please be smart! Keep in mind your loved ones and other peoples loved ones who may not be as healthy as you. The precautions we take may not necessarily be to protect ourselves from getting sick, but to protect us from giving it to those who cannot protect themselves. It cracks my heart in half to have to cancel. These classes are some of my favorite things about my week!

That being said, will remain open for the time being. Barre will held there

Tuesday - 6:15am
Thursday - 11am

Please bring your own mats and equipment to help cut down exposure.

You must also sign up on the MINDBODY app at least 1 hour before coming. If there are not enough people signed up, class will be cancelled.
