Programming towers into our classes is something we’ve been looking forward to introducing.

This isn’t new equipment added just because . The tower serves a purpose within our method — slow, deep, spine-lengthening work that reveals strength and range you didn’t know you had. It’s the kind of movement that makes people fall for Pilates.

We’ll be integrating the towers into more classes in the coming weeks.

Reflection Time 🤍

We keep a prayer request box in the studio. It fills up every week, and our team prays over every single card. And what people write on them has quietly changed the way we see this whole thing.

Because you never really know what someone's carrying when they walk in. You never know the real reason they showed up that day. And getting to be even a small part of lifting someone up, their day, their outlook, time to escape. Just by putting them around the right people? I don't have the words for what that means to us.

Yes, people come here to move. But they leave with friendships.

With community. With people who share their faith, who pray over them, who keep showing up for them long after the 50 minutes are done.

And honestly? This is the part I'm most excited about, and wasn't expecting so fast. Watching Soulform grow into something so much bigger than Pilates and wellness. Something rooted in Him, where people grow at a personal level, in ways that stretch far beyond these four walls.

That's what we're most grateful for. Soulform is built by the community and we are so thankful for you all!

A business rooted in faith is meant to give back. That’s always been the heart of Soulform. 🤎

Canopy Learning Collective was started right here in Heath by a local mom who understood the value of raising homeschool kids well — in our own community. Stefanie Howley, a busy mom of four, and her husband built it themselves, funded it themselves, and opening their doors this August in Heath. A Co-Op 2x a week for kids homeschooling in our community.

This is the start of a faith based Co-op raising our future leaders right here in Rockwall County, and we wanted in to support such a great calling. We are doing a donation entry raffle to support and raise funds for class materials and daily needs.

We say Soulform is for everyBODY …..and Renee is the proof.

A woman who shows up, day after day, and lets the method meet her exactly where she is.

Our community spans 18 to 70. Every age. Every body. Every season of life. And the method challenges all of them , because “can I do this” was never about who you were when you walked in. It’s about who you’re becoming on the reformer, on the mat , in the hot room.

Renee, you’re a blessing to this studio. We don’t just love having you here, we’re better because you are 🙏
