Rush Creek Juniors "Winning the Day" in Spring Regattas

Anson, Lila, Harmony, and Hayden raced ILCAs in AYC’s Lucky Charm Regatta last weekend. Everyone took a podium finish! Congrats to our Creekers!

Luke Scott, Jake Scott, and Connor Riley raced in TSA’s Race of Champions at FWBC last weekend. Congrats on their win as well!

Davis Montgomery has been practicing with the Exuma Opti Team while he’s been gone! Such a neat experience and beautiful scenery!! Go Davis!! 🎉

RCYC Sailors Shine at 2026 MCSA Midwinters

Rush Creek had a strong showing at the 2026 MCSA Midwinter Championship, with several of our own making their mark in a highly competitive 69-boat fleet.

Leading the charge was Justin Adams, who brought home an impressive 3rd-place finish overall, a fantastic result in one of the MC Scow class's premier events of the season. Congratulations, Justin!

Also representing Rush Creek were David Hamilton (38th) and Mary Anne Hopper (42nd), both turning in solid performances against a deep field of competitors from across the country.

And while he was flying another club's colors on paper, we all know Andy McDonald is practically an honorary member of RCYC, and he made us proud with a brilliant 2nd-place finish. Well sailed, Andy!

A great event for Creekers. Here's to more hardware on the way this season!

Rush Creek Yacht Club’s Home School Learn to Sail Program

Students meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00AM – 12:00PM for professional certified sailing instruction in fundamentals, water safety, teamwork, and confidence on the water.

Three spring sessions are available, each designed to build real skills and a true understanding of wind, balance, and control.

SESSION DATES
> March 3 – 26
> March 31 – April 23
> April 28 – May 21

$350 per session
