One final shout out for this fine Wednesday morning is for another one of the programs coaches, Coach Andrae Manning. Coach Manning is an alumni of Heath and played a key role in the track and field program for Heath from 2014-2018. 🏃‍♂️

He’s helped coach at the middle school level and now helps with sprints, relays, and field events at the HS level and is looking forward to another great season.

Not only does he play a vital role to the coaching staff, but he also continuously supports not just the track program, but all Heath athletics with his new business, Patriot Pizza 🍕

Consider supporting a local, veteran owned business. 👍🏼

Another fun update that’s happened over the Summer is that Coach Vayansky (girls head coach) welcomed his baby girl, Scottie Nikole Vayansky, into the world on June 27th at 5:17PM. Here’s to another Lady Bulldog (hopefully) in the next 14 years 😉 🧡

Just wanted to take a moment and update you all on some changes to the track program. Let’s give a warm welcome to the new boys head coach, Wes McQueen! Wes is an integral part of the Heath community and is looking forward to working with the boys to take them to the next level. Stay tuned to see what’s next for the Heath boys and girls track programs!

Good Morning Heath Track and Field 🏃‍♂️ 🧡

I just wanted to share that on Friday, August 28th, the track teams are expected to help out with the Hall of Fame football game. I know these things can be a big ask, especially so early on in the school year, but we need all of the help we can get.

Mr. Smith is asking that we bring forth 8 adult volunteers—my hope is I get 4 parents or families from the girls team, and then 4 from the boys team. MS parents, you are more than welcome to help too. The more the merrier! Your main tasks at the game would be working the concession stands or handing out 50/50.
