I found this killer ab workout in a newsletter called Start Today from NBC. I tried it today and it is an amazing all over core workout in just 10 minutes.
This is an ab workout designed by a fitness influencer named Bretman Rock. It is called the ABsolutely Not workout. You can find it on YuTube. I have done it and I love it. Here is how it goes:

Set One: 20 Crunches 10 sec rest.... I must admit that through the whole workout, I rested for 20 seconds between each exercise... 40 Knee Tucks 10 sec rest.......60 sec plank.
Between sets, rest for 30 seconds
Set Two: 20 Long Arm Plank Hip Dips.. these dips are big side to side dips.. 10 sec rest...
40 Mountain Climbers... 10 sec rest.... 60 Swimmers
30 second rest
Set Three: 20 reverse crunches.. 10 sec rest... 40 supine toe touches (legs are in the air and you are reaching for your toes.. ) 10 sec rest.... 60 sec.. 6 inch hold of legs off the ground with shoulders and head raised.
If this doesn't rock your core.... you have a way better core than me!

I have not posted for such a long time but I felt inspired today. Took care of myself and completed a 50 minute circuit with TRX, bands, 15 pound weights, 20 pound kettle bell, Bosu and Stability Ball.
