Time to start planning for your summer training. 5th annual HWC/MIT summer wrestling camp at Healdsburg HS June 15-17. Open to all ages and experience levels and it's always a fun and informative experience for the kids

Perks available for teams that send 5 or more kids and scholarships are available for those with financial hardships. If you have a question on how we can help please let us know. Coaches are welcome to attend and participate

If there are any HJH wrestlers or parents that would like to help out that would be great. Bring those kids out and watch some great high school wrestling as well

The perfect way to kick off the holidays is by volunteering! Helping is what it's all about! We only have one home tournament this year. Let's all show up and make it a great two days! It's always fun and festive and the kids need us! It's a win/win!
