A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing recreational athletes and families for another incredible session at REGA! From learning new skills and building confidence to celebrating Exhibition Week with huge smiles, medals, and special moments, it has been such a fun and memorable season. We are so proud of all of our athletes and loved getting to celebrate their hard work with all of you this week!

Just a reminder that recreational classes are off next week as we continue preparing for our exciting summer session and gym renovations. We cannot wait to welcome everyone back the week of June 15 for summer classes and camps!

💜Welcome Coach Lydia to the REGA Family! 💜

We are excited to welcome Coach Lydia to REGA Gymnastics Academy as one of our Recreational Program coaches!

Lydia is a recent graduate of Central Columbia High School and will be attending Bloomsburg University this fall to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her passion for working with children, combined with her athletic background, makes her a wonderful addition to our coaching staff.

Lydia spent many years as a competitive gymnast and also participated in cheerleading, giving her a strong foundation in athleticism, teamwork, and dedication. She is excited to share her knowledge, energy, and love of the sport with our recreational athletes.

Many of our athletes had the opportunity to meet Coach Lydia during classes tonight, and our Thursday evening athletes will get to meet her later this week! We know they are going to love her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and encouraging coaching style.

Please join us in giving Coach Lydia a warm REGA welcome! We are thrilled to have her as part of our Recreational Program team and cannot wait to watch the impact she will have on our athletes.

🏆✨ REGA Team End-of-Year Banquet 2026 ✨🏆

What an incredible afternoon celebrating our first full year of competitions as a team!

We have so much to be proud of—not only the medals and awards brought home this season, but the dedication, perseverance, sportsmanship, and growth shown by every gymnast. From the first practice to the final salute, this season was nothing short of amazing, and we are so excited for what lies ahead.

Throughout the season, each week we recognized a Hardest Worker in every level—someone who consistently went above and beyond, pushed through challenges, maintained a positive attitude, and gave their best effort every day in the gym. After tallying the results from the entire season, we are proud to recognize our overall Hardest Workers:

⭐ Level 3: Greta
⭐ Level 4: Charlee
⭐ Optional: Amelia

Congratulations to these athletes and to every gymnast who worked tirelessly to make this season such a success.

A huge thank you goes out to our amazing parents and families. Thank you for the countless miles driven, the early mornings, the long competition days, and the endless encouragement. Your support means the world to our athletes and coaches, and we couldn’t do it without you.

All other exhibition times for rec class students will remain during the week of 6/1–6/5 during your regular class time, and we cannot wait to celebrate everything our athletes have worked so hard for this season! 💜

Do you love working with kids and creating a positive, encouraging environment? We would love to meet you!

REGA is looking for energetic, patient individuals to join our recreational coaching staff and summer camp staff to help kids build confidence, learn new skills, and have FUN through gymnastics.

We are currently hiring for:
☀️ Summer Camps
🌟 Recreational Gymnastics Classes
🕘 Flexible Day & Evening Hours Avalible

You might be a great fit if you are:
✨ A former gymnast
✨ A high school or college student
✨ An education major
✨ A dancer
✨ A teacher or daycare worker
✨ A camp counselor or youth mentor
✨ Someone who simply loves working with kids and being part of a positive team

Gymnastics experience is a plus, but not required!

Our Summer Recreation Session runs June 15–August 15 and is the perfect way for athletes to stay active, build confidence, make friends, and continue growing their gymnastics skills in a positive training environment with strong role models.
