Happy Father’s Day to all of our amazing REGA dads! 💜

From tiny tumbler classes to long competition weekends to helping with handstand drills in the living room and carrying every gym bag imaginable, you are always there supporting your gymnast’s dreams.

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the encouragement you give, and the countless ways you show up for your children every day. Your support helps build not only stronger athletes, but stronger, more confident young people.

Today we celebrate the dads, bonus dads, grandfathers, and father figures who are part of our REGA family. We appreciate you more than you know!

Week 1 of Team Summer Camp: ✅

These girls put in the work this week, and seeing their excitement for new drills, skills, and challenges has us even more excited for what’s ahead! 💜

But above all, our favorite part has been watching them cheer for, support, and celebrate each other every step of the way. That kind of teamwork is what makes this group so special.

We wrapped up the week with a little Cupid Shuffle ab workout—because getting stronger can be fun too! 💪🏻🥰

Yesterday, some of our athletes and coaches had the incredible opportunity to learn alongside Coach John. From perfecting the basics to exploring new drills and working advanced bar release moves, the entire day was filled with learning, growth, and inspiration.
Coach John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, including coaching at the World Champions Centre, the home gym where Simone Biles trained. Having the chance to learn from someone with that level of experience was truly special for our athletes and staff.
We are grateful for everything he shared with our team today. Thank you, Coach John! We can’t wait for your next visit! 💜🤸‍♀️

At the beginning of competition season, we introduced two motivational walls to celebrate our athletes’ hard work and achievements.

💜 Incredible Scores Wall – For any gymnast who earned a 9.5 or higher on an event.
💜 Touch of a Champion Wall – One handprint per meet for any gymnast who earned one or more scores of 9.0 or higher at a meet.

These walls represent more than just scores—they showcase the dedication, perseverance, and countless hours our girls invested throughout the season. We couldn’t be more proud of what they accomplished.

As our summer training season begins tomorrow, we challenge each athlete to set a goal, work hard, and strive to be better than they were yesterday. Every great achievement starts with a single step and a commitment to improvement.

We are SO excited to officially kick off our Summer Rec Classes next week! We cannot wait to welcome all of our athletes back into the gym for a fun-filled summer of learning, movement, confidence, and smiles.

As a reminder:
💧 Please bring a water bottle to every class.
💜 Athletes should arrive with hair pulled up and secured.
📋 Shannon will be in the office throughout the week for any unpaid balances, questions, or registration assistance.

✨ Meet the smiling face that will greet you when you walk through the doors at REGA — Miss Shannon! ✨

If you’ve stopped by the gym recently, you’ve probably already seen her warm smile and friendly personality. Shannon brings years of experience as an incredible middle school teacher, which means her patience, organization, and ability to connect with kids and families are second to none!

While school is out for the summer, Shannon will be spending her time with us at the gym, helping keep everything running smoothly. Whether you have questions about payments, the parent portal, make-up classes, or anything in between, she’s here to help.

We are so excited to have Shannon as part of the REGA family and grateful that she’ll be leading the front desk, in our soon to be new office. Be sure to say hello the next time you’re in the gym — we know you’ll love her just as much as we do! 💜
