If you haven't done them so far today, please remember to do your Kegel Exercises. You want to do 300 per day. Rather than doing them all in one sitting, intersperse doing them throughout the day whenever you're waiting: in line, on the phone, at the light. Payng attention to your pelvic floor on a daily basis will help you avoid 'diapers for Adults' when you get older, gain weight, have kids, or any combination of the above. It's not difficult to do, but it's vitally important for the strength and elasticity of your pelvic floor which holds up the uterus, bladder, etc. mPlus it increases your sexual pleasure, sensitivity and ability to have a vaginal or**sm. Try it daily, you'll like it.
