How to stay on track during the holidays — without losing your mind or your progress.

Let’s be real:
🎄 Parties.
🍪 Cookies.
🍷 Chaos.

It’s easy to fall into the “screw it” cycle and wake up in January with regret.

Let’s not do that this year.

Here are 4 mindset shifts to help you stay consistent and enjoy the season:

1️⃣ Ditch perfection.
You don’t need to hit 100%. You need to stay in motion.
Stick to your non-negotiables — walk, train, hydrate, rest.
Consistency > extremes.

2️⃣ Focus on what you can do.
Short on time? 30 minutes is enough. Walks count.
Every little bit adds up.

3️⃣ Practice maintenance.
You don’t need to restart in January if you don’t stop in December.
Aim for 80/20. Stay engaged, not obsessed.

4️⃣ Protect your peace.
You don’t have to go to every event.
“No” is a full sentence. Boundaries are self-respect.

You’re not broken if you eat pie.

Just don’t forget — there are 3 weeks between now and New Year’s you can control.

Own those. You’ve got this.
