The Lady Jackets finished 10th place in this weekend’s state championship tournament. This locked in 7 straight top ten finishes on the state level for our girls golf program. Want to give a big shout out to Coach Ashley Beecher as she has led the Lady Jackets in each of those consecutive top 10 appearances. It was a great year for Jeff Davis Golf and the future is bright!

Girls are up and ready to go low today!

The girls played hard today at the State Championship Tournament in Elberton and are four shots back out of finishing as a top 5 team in the state. The course is playing tough but they’ve got a chance to make some noise in the morning. Wish them luck in their second round tomorrow!

Jeff Davis was well represented at yesterday’s Area 1 golf tournament. The girls pulled out a third place finish with their lowest tournament score of the year and have qualified for the state tournament for the EIGHTH straight season.

The boys finished with a solid fifth place finish in area and as region runner ups, narrowly missing an opportunity to extend their season at the state tournament.

Both girls and boys teams have had an extremely successful season. Wish the lady golf jackets good luck as they continue their season at state! Go Jackets!
