Well... 100 Acre did not go to plan. From the get go I had trouble getting to Thursday parc expose because the car didn't want to idle warm but that was fixed with a quick change in the tune (foreshadowing). I got to meet world champion and did two stages before hearing some strange ticking noises through the intercom at FTC. We started heading to service but a rapid drop in oil pressure and rise in oil temperature led me to shut the car off on the side of the road. We got towed back to service by car 429 and pushed the car into the control with the help of some rally fans then through the control zone ourselves. It was all for nothing though as the overwhelming amount of metal in the oil confirmed my fear.

This motor has taken me through 29 rallies, plus some track time, ice racing, and cruising Woodward. 14 L2 class wins, 22 podiums, and two regional class championships (feels insane to type all of that out).

Big thanks to my crew for making the very long trip down and for riding along. We will be back later this year!

I think it reflects pretty well on our strategy that this was the biggest moment we had at
Coming into this section, the sun had been beating on it for a few hours and this low spot was completely glazed over. You can't see it in the video but I went from full opposite lock to a significant amount of steering to the left because I didn't want to get sucked in when we hit, we had to bounce away. I felt extremely lucky to get away with this one
