In celebration of World Animal Day, the Village of Hazel Crest is hosting our Cutest Pet Contest! 🏆🐾

Submit a photo of your beloved pet for a chance to have them featured on our social media and compete for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place and a special prize! 🥇🥈🥉

Submissions are now open!
Deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026

When submitting please list your name, your fur baby's name, and your contact information.

All entries will be showcased on our social media and judged by your fellow residents!

Yesterday was INCREDIBLE!

On behalf of Mayor Sandra Alexander, the Board of Trustees, and the Office of the Village Clerk, we extend our heartfelt THANK YOU to every volunteer who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, packed boxes, organized supplies, and helped us serve our community.

We also thank every resident who came out. Yesterday was another powerful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with one purpose: helping our neighbors recover and move forward.

WE STILL HAVE MORE TO GIVE!

Food and additional relief items are still available while supplies last. Some donated items are reserved specifically for families displaced by the recent storms.
