and it was FULL 55 hours later. From the days we used to hope and pray we’d hit 50 entrants….

This tournament is incredibly special to us. It’s not just another event on the calendar. It’s the people, camaraderie, friendships, stories and warmth you feel from everyone. Yeah, we love to fish... but this is about way more than just fishing.

Hold onto your streamer rods and slap on the sunscreen one more time—it’s time to wrap up another epic showdown on the water.

2 Days - 20 Hours of Fishing - 38 Muskies!
25.0" - 47.5"!

🏆 TOP 3 TEAMS
🥇 1st Place – Thorne Bros Fly Fishing – 37.5 Points, Russ Gontarek & Ben Olsen
Absolutely dominant! These gentlemen brought the heat and walked away with bragging rights with a 43.5" and 42.0"!

🥈 2nd Place – Biagi Plumbing – 25 Points
Turns out, these plumbers can handle more than pipes—they can sling meat with the best of ‘em! Megan Lovell, Steve Lovell and Donnie Dahl boated a 40.0" & a 33.0"!

🥉 3rd Place – Shue's Pond Yacht Club – 23.5 Points
Nothing yacht club about their hustle—pure grind from sunrise to sunset. Catching a 47.5" musky! This fish also netted Big Fish of the tournament! Congratulations to Matt Kreyer and Jake McCusker!

🎣 And we’re off! The 10th Annual Treeland Musky Fly Fishing Championship kicked off in true Northwoods style — with big energy, big laughs, and an even bigger crew of pumped-up anglers. Honestly, this might be the funnest group we’ve had yet!

🔥 We launched the weekend with the legendary casting contest, proudly sponsored by — and taking home the custom rod (and serious bragging rights) was Jonathan Small! 🎯💥

💸 Still no takers for that bonus $50 if you land the fly in the musky's mouth... Harold’s money lives to see another year.
