With heavy hearts we made the decision to scratch in McGrath. We had a fuel pump/ pressure issues since whiskey bravo. Would like to thank our families, friends and sponsors for everything that you all have done and continue to do!

Team #22: Veteran Tad Covault (Soldotna, AK) & Veteran Trent Johnson (Hayward, WI) scratched out in McGrath at 1:43pm due to a mechanical issue.

We are in McGrath!! Rough day of low light, freezing rain, whiteout, and bluebird. Couple not so graceful dismounts. One fuel pump giving up on us. Making a plan, tomorrow is a new day!!
