Challenge Details:

💪🏼minimum 100 ounces of water intake per day - 1 pt. Per day

💪🏼minimum 100 grams of protein intake per day- 1 pt. Per day

💪🏼workout 5 days per week - 1 pt per day up to 5 days

💪🏼extra 30 minutes of walk/ ruck beyond workout 4 days per week - 1 pt per day

💪🏼$25 per member

💪🏼$35 per non-member and includes gym. Access for the month

💪🏼Prizes for various categories to include consistency, weight loss, fat loss, etc.

💪🏼weigh in at gym at beginning and end
