SUMMER IS COMING.

And while most teens spend their summer sitting on the couch, scrolling on their phones, or losing ground before fall sports…

These aren’t random workouts.

Our programs are structured, progressive, and coach-led—focused on teaching proper movement, building strength, improving athletic performance, and developing confidence both inside and outside the gym.

We’re launching our 6-Week Olympic Lifting Program with Coach Alyssa — and it starts Monday, June 1st.

This program is built to transform the two most technical lifts in the sport:
⚡ The Sn**ch
⚡ The Clean & Jerk

Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’re ready to finally break through a plateau — this is your program.

Coach Alyssa is USAW Certified and has spent years helping athletes move better, lift heavier, and build real confidence under the bar. Every session is progressive, every rep has a purpose, and you’ll also have access to individualized programming outside of class to keep leveling up on your own time.

The sky was gray. The air was cold. The rain didn’t stop.

The Durable community showed up anyway.

Today we ran, pulled, pushed, and carried each other through one of the most meaningful workouts of the year, and the turnout this morning said everything about who you all are. Rain, cold, and all, you showed up for each other, for this community, and to honor those who gave everything.

We can’t thank you enough for making today so memorable. Days like this are why we do what we do.

CrossFit Durable has been an incredible experience over the past 7 months. Huge thank you to all the coaches — Scott, Alyssa, Hannah, Dennis, Kristine and Trisha— for their guidance, encouragement, and support every step of the way.Trying CrossFit for the first time can definitely feel intimidating, but this gym goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable from day one. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and motivating no matter your fitness level. Every workout feels like a team effort, and the community truly wants to see you succeed.If you’re also looking for nutritional guidance to help build muscle and lose fat, Hannah was excellent to work with. The process can be slow at times, but if you stay consistent and follow the plan, you will absolutely see results.It’s been an absolute pleasure working out with you all, and I’m grateful to be part of such an encouraging community.If you’re considering trying CrossFit, CrossFit Durable is absolutely top notch and the perfect place to start.

Thank you for bringing the energy, the consistency, the humor, and the toughness that makes this community what it is. Whether you’re squeezing workouts in between school drop offs, sports schedules, work meetings, or just trying to survive the chaos of parenting…you still show up.

And honestly? Your kids getting to watch you take care of yourself, work hard, and do difficult things is a pretty powerful example.

RACHEL 👏

This is what 9 months of consistency looks like.

Not perfection.Not shortcuts.Not “when everything feels good.”

➡️ Showing up through injuries
➡️ Adjusting instead of quitting
➡️ Staying locked in when it would’ve been easier to coast

And the result?

⬇️ ~11 lbs of body fat gone
⬇️ 8% body fat
➡️ Muscle maintained

That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s discipline.

Rachel is the definition of doing things the right way — patient, consistent, and focused on long-term progress over quick wins.

More importantly… she’s just an incredible human. The kind of person who makes the gym better just by being in it.

Proud is an understatement.
