What to expect this Sunday:
- Doors open at 7 am for registration
- Wod #1 Introduction begins at 9am Sharp
- Competition should run no later than 2 PM so everyone can get home and wind down before Monday.

* For those of you crossing the Coleman Bridge - there will be bridge work from 12 am - 12 pm to expect 30 minute delays. Please plan accordingly !!!

Athletes: 4 Days Until Competition Time - No wods have been released but here's your HINT:

Be prepared to battle with Ropes. They may be skinny ropes or thick ropes or BOTH.....

ATHLETES: All wods will be held on Sunday August 2nd. That includes all athletes, Rx, Scaled, Masters, and Teens. Please message us if you are an Rx team and cannot make Sunday.

Up to 100 two person Co-ed, MM, and FF teams will compete for the Title Beauty and the Beast, Beasts or Beauties. Top 3 teams will recieve cash prizes.
