A big thank you to the 9th grade health class at Christian Center School for allowing me to teach on a different aspect of self-defense… Since it was their health class we learned about healthy and unhealthy relationships, Biblical justification for defending yourself or others, and got some solid techniques in there! It was a great experience and they all really dug into both the discussion and the training! It was a ton of fun. Thanks for having me back again this year!
