Sweet Science Boxing was established in 2009 with the goal of providing the community with a boxing gym for fitness and competition. As a dedicated member of USA Boxing, our aim is to produce high caliber boxers, but as a community business, we're motivated to inspire and help people get in shape. Sweet Science trainers all have in-ring experience and are excited to teach, train and share their knowledge with you. Our group classes are popular for any skill level and perfect for a weight-loss or fitness routine. We are known for outstanding boxing training. We occasionally have MMA specialist trainers drop in for clinics and private sessions and we offer MMA mats for grappling and private lessons in Muay Thai from champion, Jiu Jitsu, MMA and more. Out Forte is boxing and we are proud to be the BEST BOXING GYM IN HAWTHORNE AND THE SURROUNDING CITIES. We are dedicated to providing the best boxing training possible for amateurs, professionals and fitness fanatics. Our boxing team is one of the best in Southern California with wins in National and Regional Tournaments. Classes run Mon-Thurs and start at 4pm-5pm for ages 6-12 and 5pm-6pm, 6pm-7 and 7-8:00 pm for teens and adults. Friday is open gym from 6pm-9pm. And the last Friday of every month is exclusive to FEMALES ONLY for sparring and training. All USA Boxing female members use gym at discounted $5.00 fee. FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE
