I posted What KCR was recently, but actually happens during KCR?

Kinetic Chain Release uses a series of gentle movements and mobilizations designed to help the body release patterns of tension and imbalance.

Instead of chasing symptoms, KCR works with how the body functions as a connected system.

The end goal?
Helping the body reset, rebalance, and move with ease.

Becoming a Breathwork Facilitator was actually a lot of fun.

For me it started out with something I got into with my Qigong and Taichi practice and slowly became something else.

I absolutely loved the course and it gave me a solid foundation built on top of my Qigong to continue learning and growing in my breathwork practice.

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Too many people stay comfortable and that’s why they fail in many different areas of their lives.

The only way to grow is to constantly push yourself past your comfort.

It doesn’t have to be drastically, just one thing here and there will suffice. Over time you’ll see the progress.

Start slow, but start now. Build it up and watch yourself grow.

This is one of the many things I’ve been working on behind the scenes.

I love learning and wanted to build further knowledge through an ISSA course and was told this would be an amazing course to work through.

It was an interesting course for sure.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks to see a few of the other things I’ve been working towards to be a better trainer, instructor, and educator to my clients and members.

You Are Your Best Advocate

I’ve seen so many people over the years afraid to speak up with what’s going on with their bodies, workouts that are causing more pain, and personal trainers and medical professionals that don’t listen.

You need to speak up, the people that truly want to help you will listen and the ones that don’t, that’s when you find out you need to go somewhere else. With that said, if you don’t speak up, nothing will change.

You need to be an advocate for yourself. Speak up and let it be known when something isn’t right. It’s the only way you can help yourself and allow others to help you.

Reiki is a very interesting way of healing.

Core Aspects of How Reiki Works:

Energy Transfer: Practitioners believe they channel energy, which flows into the recipient’s body to fix disruptions and restore harmony to the energy system.

Balancing Chakras: The practice focuses on balancing the seven main energy centers, or chakras, to encourage physical, mental, and emotional health.

Deep Relaxation: Similar to a deep meditative state, Reiki helps shift the body into a state that supports the nervous system and fosters deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety.

Non-Physical Manipulation: Unlike massage, Reiki involves little to no physical manipulation. It focuses on the subtle energy field, and recipients remain fully clothed.

Release of Blockages: It is believed that by releasing blocked, stagnant energy, the body can better manage chronic pain, emotional distress, and illness.

If you’ve never given it a try, I definitely recommend it atleast once.
